Our Services

We provide thorough preventative care including vaccinations, parasite prevention, and routine lab work. We also provide medical work ups for patients with both acute and chronic conditions. Dr. Highbrown has extensive experience diagnosing, treating and managing complicated diseases such as diabetes, adrenal disease, thyroid diseases, kidney disease, arthritis and pain management, etc.

One of the most important components to diagnosing, treating and managing disease as well as good preventative care is providing thorough education to the owners. With clients as part of the team, their pets are more likely to receive the best care possible in and out of the hospital.

Dr. Highbrown has years of experience performing many surgical procedures. She continues to add to this list of procedures with further continuing education. We also emphasize the importance of thorough experienced anesthetic monitoring tailored to each procedure and patient.

We’re here to support you and your beloved pet through unexpected illnesses or injuries, as well as to help manage chronic conditions. We truly believe that understanding your pet’s health is essential for effective care and ensuring they enjoy the best possible quality of life. Our goal is to empower pet owners with the knowledge and resources they need to provide the best care for their beloved pets.

Health Certificates

Health certificates must be issued by a veterinarian certified by the USDA. In Florida, these certificates are legally required for the sale of animals. They are also essential when transporting animals, particularly for international travel. Obtaining health certificates for international travel can be a time-consuming process and involves stringent requirements.

Dr. Highbrown is in the process of obtaining her USDA certification. Once she is certified, she will be able to issue health certificates for the sale of animals, such as puppies and kittens. Additionally, we will create a separate link for travel certificates to assist you with the necessary process as much as possible.
